Unknot 365 exists for one reason: after nine days, some people want to keep going with it. If that's not you, decline it. That's a completely normal outcome and we've made the link easy to find.
A members' area you sign in to, with a guided twelve-month structure instead of a nine-day one. The nine sessions were the same for everyone who shares your pattern. This is built around your own answers and your own writing.
It opens with around nine questions about the money you grew up around — how it was talked about at home, what happened when there wasn't enough, what happened when there was. At the end you get a written summary: the belief that sits under your pattern, the situations that tend to set it off, and what you said you want to be different in the next ninety days.
After that, five screens:
A quick check-in on how you're doing, and a short list of prompts for the day, written around your pattern and your goal. There's a box to write in if you want to.
A chat you can open when something happens and you want to think it through. Type it or say it out loud. It helps you put words to what came up and suggests one small thing you could do next.
The twelve months laid out in three stages — recognise, rewrite, consolidate. One step is open at a time, so you're never deciding what to do next.
Everything you've written, in one place, from the first day onward. You can read back through it whenever you want and export the whole thing at any time.
Days active, current streak, check-ins done, prompts completed, and how consistent your weeks have been. Your own activity — no scores, no percentages, nothing invented.
It runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to your home screen. There's nothing to download and no app store involved.
Unknot 365 runs on its own login. If you add it, you'll get a second email with a link to set a password. It's the same team and the same approach, but it isn't the same screen you'll be using for the nine days. We'd rather tell you now than have you hunting through your inbox later.
The prompts, the journey steps and the Companion's replies are generated by an AI model using the answers you give and what you write. They're not written in advance by a person, and no human reads your journal. You can switch that processing off in Settings, in which case the app still works but the prompts stop being tailored to you.
One more, because it matters: the patterns this works with are learned — picked up from the people you grew up around, the way accents and table manners are. Nothing here is a genetic test, and nothing here can tell you anything about your biology.

We send a reminder seven days before each renewal, to the same address you're buying with. If you'd rather not renew, that email has the cancel link in it.
